TERMS & CONDITIONS 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

Clean AF  will only accept an exchange if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact info@cleanafcosmetics.com.au. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


If the product purchased is defective or damaged & you would like a refund or replacement, please email us at info@cleanafcosmetics.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


PURCHASES & PAYMENT.

Customers must provide Clean AF with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Clean AF is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.


All of our prices are in AUD, Clean AF is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once Clean AF receives payment either through Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay.


Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. Clean AF uses the Shopify Payments Gateway for all online credit card transactions. Shopify Payments is a PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by Clean AF or any third party.


We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system or suspected fraud, we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, Clean AF will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.


PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & BUNDLES.

Promotional sales may exclude selected styles and the purchase of Gift Cards. All styles will be marked down if included in a promotion unless a discount code is required, in which case the final price will display once the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied to an order or bundle discount. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be redeemed after this point. Clean AF  reserves the right to change or end a promotion at any time without notice.


ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.


CANCELLATIONS.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.

Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Clean AF. In addition, Clean AF reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.


INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAYS.

Any competition or giveaway promoted by Clean AF is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 16+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use. Winners will be contacted via DM on Instagram and will also be announced in the caption of the original post on Clean AF account (@cleanafcosmetics). Prize fulfilment is subject to availability and may differ from promotional images and information. Clean AF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable and Clean AF need not substitute a prize based on a winner’s request.
