If you want to change or cancel your order, email info@cleanafcosmetics.com.au with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We assure you that we will process and ship your orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the following business day. Please note that due to the premium and flammable nature of our product, it will be transported exclusively by road courier. For customers in urban areas, you can expect delivery within 2-5 days. However, for those in rural or regional areas, delivery may take up to a week.
